RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective in accordance to Warranty Terms and Period dedicated by manufacturer.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the company will replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is functionally equivalent to the original following receipt of the returned product as well as copy of original invoice pertaining to the part. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
To obtain warranty service, you must first email us on customercare@digitalhomes.ae with details of the defective product and the nature of the problem. A copy of the purchase receipt may also be required for at time of contact.
Should our technical support team not be able to resolve the issue and a product is determined to be defective, you will be sent specific instructions on how to return the device back to us.
Please note that we do not accept non-pre-authorized returns delivered to our office. Any item sent will be regretfully returned back to you at your cost
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to: a) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use or the installation of components; b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, transport, neglect, fire, floods, earthquake or other external causes; c) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of the company d) accessories used in conjunction with a covered product; e) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; f) items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the product, including, without limitation, batteries, bulbs or cables; g) a product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose, in each case as determined by the company h) wear and tear consistent with normal use.
This warranty does not cover products or devices that were not purchased through Digital Homes.
